Moritz Ochsenbauer vs Gilbert Martini
or Cologne meets Munich ;)
To make it clear : one side is the interpretation of Moritz Ochsenbauer, and the other side the one of Gilbert Martini ...
nowadays it is not easy to represent without the vinyl :) without a - and b-sides ..
we like both, let us know which one is your favorit !!!
also in the package, the remix of Stephan Hinz, now based in Berlin !!! it's a great one ..
Dimitri Kechagias review: The legendary techno label BluFin from Cologne is always at the look out for intresting and worth playing tracks and once again as it seems the lovely head of the label Andrea found the new techno/tech house gem to get you dancing straight away. Moritz Ochsenbauer collaborate with Gilbert Martini for the incredible wanna be summer festival anthem Move Your Hips Fly. The first version comes from Moritz Ochsenbauer that can only be described as an infectious deep dark tech house jewel with great grooves, plenty of funk to make you swing and move those hips and sexy male vocals to complete the winning package. Pure underground eargasmic pleasure that you should not miss. On the other side Gilbert Martini goes for an even more deep dub late night version with less of the vocal and many twists and surprises like the strange changes of the pitch of the record on some moments that recall the moments when the vinyl was playing in a fault turntable. Stephan Hinz remix moves towards the techno direction with minimal tribal beats, dark synths, old school vocal samples here and there and absence of the original vocal. It will appeal to those who like it more underground and dirty. Whatever techno subgenre you like BluFin caters for you. Love iT!
