REVIEW: Luke Mandala - You Make Me Melt out on Baroque records

The Original mix of 'You make Me Melt' from Luke Mandala shuffles and shifts with maximum funk, sliced up vocals and pitchy melodies swirl adding a trippy deep groovin vibe

Nevee takes the track a little deeper, and gives this one a thoughtful brooding make over, adding fluttering keys and a warm fuzzy underlying tone. While the Starfuckerz give this one an energy boots, with a dirty bassline, uptempo drive and drums and sweeping pads.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Baroque records is the label that stays faithful to the quality house tracks. The latest EP by Luke Mandala is pure quality house sounds to inspire, energize, travel, escape and definitely recreate yourself through the various sounds. The original mix is an intresting prog house prime time weapon with a little hooky strange distorted melody that you are not sure how the composer ended up on producing it. Nevee is a superb deep tech house rework perfectly in tune with the current deep retro romantic tendencies. With excellent electronica style melodies, deep basslines, warm strings and jazzy touches is one of those tracks that carry you away and you can not resist its magic spell on you. Stafuckerz provide an upfront translation that moves on the verge of the melodic tech house and prog house. Great percussion, strong melodic content and playful composition to warm up perfectly any dj set. Like IT!
