REVIEW: Sunny Lax - Late E.P out on Infrasonic recordings

1-Not Too Late
2-Too Late

An artist who is going from strength to strength makes his Infrasonic debut with the 'Late E.P'.

Hungarian maestro Sunny Lax delivers his first outing on Infrasonic with a double header that is sure not to disappoint. Kicking off with 'Not Too Late', instantly those Sunny Lax signature overtones ring out with a deep rolling bass, plucky melody and melodic vibe.

Maintaining that summer essence, on the flip we have 'Too Late' a dark yet playful track. With its deep sub rumble and infectious groove, coupled with a huge breakdown and melodic drop. Sunny Lax once again has it all wrapped up and delivers an essential E.P.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The brilliant label Infrasonic recordings presents the high quality new release from the trusted hands of one of the most praised trance producers. Sunny Lax unleashes his magical melodies on Not Too Late and Too Late. Firstly Not Too Late is a superb production that moves steadily and slowly builds its various sound layers until to land on the breakdown that the Vangelis synthy is revealed to bring back memories of quality trance classics. His main part is great euphoric climax to raise the hands in the air and carried away to its well designed soundscape. On the other side  Too Late sounds more tough with tribal techy beats and driving basslines with warm summery melodies on board. The breakdown is longer and teasing with synthy melodies building up to the crescendo moment in the climax reminiscent of the Cafe Del Mar by Energy 52.  Quality trancer that will recall the more melodic and "Anjunabeats" style side of Sunny Lax. Great melodic trance is alive and kicking, don't miss it! Love iT!
