House legend Eddie Amador is most known for penning the words "Not everyone understands house music, it's a spiritual thing, a body thing, a soul thing." Eddie's career as an International DJ, producer and remixer in dance music spans over 15 years. DJ Magazine named his "House Music" track #56 on their list of the Top 100 Most Important House Tracks Ever! He has remixed songs for Madonna, Donna Summer, Kerli, Blush, Alanis Morissette, The Veronicas, Michael Bublé, Seal, Ultra Nate, Yoko Ono, and many others. Amador continues to turn out slews of remixes and productions including his latests on Citrusonic Recordings, Bob Sinclar's Yellow Productions, and Suka which are topping DJ charts and playlists weekly. Eddie Amador has played at some of the most legendary venues around the world, he's topped charts in the U.K. and U.S. and has released collaborations on some of the industry's most influential dance labels world-wide including Big Beat/Atlantic Records, Subliminal, Nero, Yoshitoshi, Defected Records and more.
Emerging from the underground sounds of electronic music, DJ IDeaL has made an impact on dance floors world wide through his energy driven live sets and unique style of mixing with tricks and effects. 2012 proved to be a fulfilling year with notable billings on big events like "Dayglow" at the Valley View Casino Arena, openings for artists like Chuckie, Kevin Hart, Molotov, Paul Oakenfold, Tiësto and Tommy Trash. In the studio, IDeal works closely with J-Break to produce personal albums and EPs as well as taking on remix jobs for Kerli, Adam Lambert, Mickey Avalon, Chew Fu, Kimberly Cole with Eddie Amador and Eddie and Automatic Panic's "Morning After". They all received great reviews all over Europe and the Americas from big names like Mark Knight, Steve Aoki and Judge Jules. Additionally they've had unreleased remixes played on BT's & Oakenfold's mix shows.
J-Break started his career in 1995 and had his first residency at late night club "Mimosa", along with residents Wutam & Davie-D. In 1999, J-Break started Millennium Breaks Productions, home to releases such as "Feel The Heat", "Drop It Down", and "This Is The Sound of Underground," which became an instant club anthem. In early 2001, J-Break focused his talents on producing and remixing, as well as touring around the world while in the meantime he released countless singles, remixes and collaborations with colleagues in the industry. After teaming up with DJ IDeal, he made remixes tracks like BT's classic hit "Remember". In 2011, IDeaL & J-Break headlined several shows during the Winter Music Conference and Miami Music Week, culminating with their live set at the sold out Ultra Music Festival in downtown Miami for over 150,000 people.
"I Need You", featuring the undercooled vocals of Vanity Police (a.k.a. Tom Napack), drives the atmosphere of every DJ set to a climax. The one of a kind electro house sound brought together by three world class DJs floats on a killer arrangement in which the groove does the hard work and the beats roll along with the bass line for a serious dance floor workout. Including a total of 9 state of the art remixes, it's only a matter of time before "I Need You" will rock even the largest outdoor festivals this summer.
Dimitri Kechagias review: The absolute legend of house music Eddie Amador stops by on the legendary record label Black Hole recordings and drops his mega future anthem I Need You that is the result of the collaboration between IDeaL J-Break featuring on vocals the eccentric and powerful performance by Vanity Police. The release is supported by a very large package of remixes to choose and drop without hesitation. The Extended mix is a heavy electro house banger with the excellent vocals on top to energize you instantly. Powerful satisfying dose of infectious grooves, nasty basslines and rocking beats. Automatic Panic Electrix Remix is a superb energetic epic prog house version with great breaks sequence in the breakdown and full on electrified rock infused basslines, eargasmic chunky beats and cool melodies on top that drive the track towards its oblivion. Donald Glaude Remix follows the USA EDM style of rough and raw in your face slamming basslines and ultra hard metalic pumping beats to smash the clubs and festivals too. Jeremus Remix is an interesting mixture of balearic acid house and big room electro house style. Hard as nails, packed with distortions and fancy effects to keep the interest high. The NightOwls GoonHouse Remix is a fine old school style track with balearic house influences, great dynamic percussion, relentlessly building up sound layers that keep the clubbers interested sweating on the floor. Tristan D Remix is a superb electro house version with all the needed elements to turn any serious and gentle dancefloor into a clubshaking madhouse that will be hard to control with old school vocal samples, harddance influences and cool melodic breakdown to calm down for a while and then go for the ultimate rush in the main section. Vanity Police Remixes move towards the deep tech house territory with bubbly basslines, rough tribal beats, cool melodic layers on top and heavy spacey snares as well.. Its what someone can call a dark and surprising version that bytes like a snake. Lastly Von Ukuf and Dylon Remix is a superb epic prog house version with summery style melodies and grooves in the very start but as the track moves on becomes harder, sharper, with epic synths to blow your mind, wonky playful basslines to lock you in its groove. Long package of well produced remixes that ensure hours of good fun and enjoyment. Party cracker alert! Love iT!
