REVIEW: Hydro Poison - Claymore out on Mondo records

1-Original mix
2-Jason Ross remix
3-Alex Vives remix

After delighting fans with his remix of 'Electric Age' in 2012, newcomer Hydro Poison makes his single debut on Mondo Records. The aspiring producer delivers his maiden release 'Claymore' in fine style, displaying his unique and delicious sounds from the off. With an infectious groove, gritty synths and a deep bassline, it has got everything for a perfect club hit.

On remix duties we have the return of Jason Ross who serves up a deeper, yet melodic cut of the original. Playful yet big room energy is the order here and will add energy to any set or playlist. Finally to round things up we have an essential, must hear remix from Alex Vives. Alex serves up a huge big room progressive house rework, complimenting the package perfectly.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The quality trance label Mondo records is moving always forward and introduces new exceptional talents. Claymore by Hydro Poison comes in three different versions that will satisfy your needs for sure. The original mix is a deep balearic Markus Schulz style progressive trancer with bubbly beats, deep dark haunting basslines, exceptional atmosphere and attention to each single little sound in order to build a magical soundscape that will carry away your spirit to faraway lands.  The talented Jason Ross stays to the progressive trance territory with tougher rocking beats and electro kissed basslines.  His version targets the peak time part of your progressive trance set. If you play on big rooms and you need a trancy infused epic prog house banger Alex Vives transforms the original into a superb hands in the air, jumping and pumping big room monster tune that still retains its melodic edge with added funkiness. High Quality release with the Mondo stamp of approval. Love iT!
