The first single is titled "Heaven" and released 1st of February.
It is the first new song after their previous album "Sounds Of The Universe", which was released in May 2009, and as the four previous Depeche Mode albums reached number one on the German Media Control Charts.
In addition to the original version and the B-side of "All That's Mine" there are four more on the maxi CD "Heaven" remixes (Owlle Remix, Steps To Heaven Remix, Remix Blawan, Mathew Dear vs. Audion Remix).
Following the release of their new album, the band embarks on a European tour, which is kicking off on 7 May at Hayarkon Park in Tel Aviv. The concert tour includes 34 shows in 25 European countries. After concerts in the Olympic Stadium in Munich, at the Stade de France in Paris and Moscow Locomotive stadium the European tour will finish at Belarus Minsk . It follows a tour of North America - the details will be announced shortly.

That proves that their music was not specific to its particular era but rather that their music was always forward thinking and moving and well ahead of its times. Their tour is anticipated in many countries worldwide and the audience will consist of people from wide variety of age backgrounds that makes you wonder how a band can connect with so many different audiences all over the world. I still remember a good friend of mind that she was playing in her car Depeche Mode after our club night on the way back home and I can tell you that Depeche Mode before on the way to the club, during the clubnight within the dj set in a good club remix or after the sweaty club night is the perfect companion. Many EDM producers mention Depeche Mode as one of the most important influences in their careers. The remix package of their latest single Heaven is definitely must have. Owlle Remix is an excellent electro pop version with deep basslines, dark beats and great climax in the chorus of the track with euphoric synths. Matthew Dear Vs Audion service the dubby hypnotic dreamy rework perfect for late night/loungy type of sets. Traveling, inspiring version that highlights the strength of the performance and the deep meaningful lyrics. There is an intresting weird and quite rough climax at the end of the track perfect to build up the tension. Steps To Heaven Remix moves on the dub ambient sound territory with minimal approach with some jazzy overtones as well. Lastly Blawan Remix is the industrial gothic techno friendly sounding version with epic rhythm and minimal use of sounds allowing the voice to stand out. Pure Aural Heaven. Love IT!
