Stop press... That's right, the anonymous duo taking
the Trance scene by storm have been drafted in by the mighty Discover
Records to help celebrate their 100th release.
Since Discover's formation in 2002 the label has gone on to achieve legendary status amongst the DJ's, producers and fans of Trance music.
Having worked with and given rise to artists including Sean Tyas, Thomas Datt, Activa, Tom Colontonio, John O' Callaghan, John Askew, Greg Downey and Bryan Kearney and gained significant playlist exposure from leading A List DJ's Paul Van Dyk, Armin Van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Tiesto and Above And Beyond, Discover Records has earned its respect and place within the Trance music community.
Now, in 2013 they look to a new movement to join in the celebrations of their 100th Release... Team 140.
A DJ duo making waves and creating a buzz with their weekly Trance broadcast The Trance Empire, Team 140 will be mixing together a special edition of The Trance Empire show to be aired on March 12th comprising solely of Discover tracks. This mix will subsequently be released as a double album on the Discover label and digital download including the full unmixed tracks.
And they want you to be involved!
Team 140 are asking you to vote on which tracks make it into the final playlist. Head to the voting page and choose from the top 50 tracks to have your say in what gets played. The top 30 voted tracks will then appear in "The Trance Empire - Discover Records Special".
