REVIEW: Orjan Nilsen - PhireWorX out on Armind/Armada Music

1- PhireWorX

2012 has been good to Ørjan Nilsen. And in return, the Norwegian producer has been good to music. Following his path of mass movement, grasping success time and again, he gives us ‘PhireWorX’. A bold and rough anthem, nothing short of tech madness.

He’s keeping a steady pace. Shortly after rocking the globe with his Armin van Buuren collab ‘Belter’ and the fires of ‘Amsterdam’ and ‘Edymion’, Ørjan Nilsen once again shows to have a bent with style fusion.

Locking techno, electro and prog into one, effective whole,  he’s got another winner with ‘PhireWorX’.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Orjan Nilsen in some years will be something like National hero and who knows maybe will make him statue as well in Norway.  The reason is that this excellent producer and dj with his consistency in re-inventing his sound and challenging the boundaries of what widely we call trance  with clever composition ideas and techniques,  he put in the global map of EDM his country and as it seems his popularity  grows every day  bigger and better with tracks that have that Orjan Nilsen characteric and identifiable sound to it. So it seems natural that his releases are coming on Armin's van Buuren own record label Armind. His latest club trance bomb is called PhireWorx and this monster summer trance anthem has all the elements you search in a solid club track to make the clubbers go wild, ballistic and pretty uncontrollable too. Orjan once again does his best to impress with wobbly drum beats, booming basslines, warm atmospherics and absolutely mind blowing breakdown that reveals a fantastic epic synthy riff that has the ability to unite stadium size crowds and turn them into club freaks for sure. When you come across with that powerful melody is  like having a mind altering and life changing electro shock and you feel that after that nothing will remain the same. PhireWorx is a must drop tune. Love IT!
