REVIEW: James Dymond - Imperium (feat. Atlantia) & Adrastus on Soundpiercing

1.Imperium (Original Mix)
2.Imperium (Original Orchestral Mix)
3.Adrastus (Original Mix)

Arising as one of the biggest trance talents of the past 3 years, James Dymond continues to fulfill his insatiable need to please the masses. Through the emotional and extravagant trancers of ‘Adrastus’ and ‘Imperium’, he enriches his list of future classics.

After appearing on the Universal Religion 5 album and making a 4-track E.P. debut on Dash Berlin’s Aropa Records, trance land has been screaming for more of the UK producer’s work. And more they get. Following his ‘Paladin’ and ‘Odyssey’, are two new addictions for the trance lovers.

With great, melodramatic geste, he lands the melodic ‘Adrastus’, a big tune that hits right in where it needs. Then there’s the more techy, big-bassed ‘Imperium’, carrying a break that’ll bring any crowd to a higher level. Loving the classic trance sound? Then enjoy these two essentials.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Soundpiercing presents the brand new EP by our beloved trance producer James Dymond. This very exceptional talent that stands out in whatever release is taking part with his remixes delivers 2 awesome original to die for. First of all is his common track with Atlantia and is called Imperium. Epic uplifting solid trance at its very best. Full on straight forward trancer with progressive trance influences too. Energetic hi-nrg basslines, warm melodic themes that lead us on the ULTRA large breakdown with cinematic atmosphere. Epic melodramatic  theme that reminds us of big historic kind of movies and then the huge synthy riff is flooding the speakers and comes up to lead the listener to the huge uplifting euphoric climax. Its once again time to close our eyes and fly upon the wings of real pure underground trance.  The same track is offered in its Original Orchestral remix with main difference from the original the longer atmospheric breakdown  perfect for crowds who love to be carried away in a trance journey from their dj. Adrastus is the second great track with James servicing an epic slice of uplifting euphoric trance that is tripping and mind altering with opera style vocals upon the ambient relaxing soundscape. When the beat kicks back  be prepared to dance and sweat along the beautiful trance masterpieces included in this EP. Love iT!
