Double the madness and double the talent. Sydney based twins, Gemellini have already achieved quite a bit at the ripe, old age of 20.
The last year has been a whirlwind for the DJ/Producer pair, taking part in the Australian Your Shot DJ competition, putting their skills to the test among other fresh talent. The brothers, Andrea and Davide, took the competition by storm and landed the 1st place position.
‘This Love’ is Gemellini’s debut single with Central Station Records, and features their brother, Matthew Sartori on vocals. The track showcases their influences from artists such as Avicii and Eric Prydz, while the guest vocals gives the song an indie feel, reminiscent of bands like Placebo and Death Cab For Cutie.
With a steadily growing list of releases on Beatport, a spot at Steresonic in 2011, 3 sold out headline shows in Canada as well as shows across Mexico, America, Europe, playing after Avicii in Cancun, Australia has only just begun to see what Gemellini have to offer.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The top label from Australia strikes back with another banging club cracker ready for global dancefloor domination. Central Station presents Gemellini with the epic prog house anthem This Love. Powerful club stomper with an extensive package of remixes to choose and get the clubbers dancing. First of all is the Finish duo Mason & Dragen with their full on epic prog house version that has the word peak time anthem written all over it. Great melodic breakdown with epic hands in the air synths combined with the Indie dance vocals that will excite particularly the girls on the floor. Another top notch remix by the unstoppable duo that knows how to rock the floors. If you want an even rougher version with dirty dutch and nu rave influences better check the KitSch 2.0 remix. Full on with booming basslines and thunderous climax is offered with vocals and without them on the dub version. Lastly the original mix is an excellent mixture of AVICII style with great piano melody and feel good synths along with cool indie vocals to create a big sing a long global anthem with power and musicality. Simply Effective. Love IT!
