Dimitri Kechagias review: Digital Society recordings is releasing tracks that in a way represent the sound that you can enjoy on a Digital Society event of course up North in Leeds. First of all is the funny entitled Discwasher. Its a playful balearic melodic trancer with groovy chunky drum beats, playful naughty basslines and superb sunny melodies and sweet atmospheric strings that provide a magical sound environment that can touch your heart and give you that sense of breathing fresh and enjoyable trance air. Particularly when upon the relentless building melodies a very cool epic synthy lead is introduced as well to give that travelling feeling to the whole exceptional and noteworthy production. Dishplayer continues on the same balearic style. This time things are very clear and straight to the point progressive trance style with energetic basslines and cool bubbly drum beats that serve as the sound bed for the beautiful sunkissed melodic layers to ride upon them and build a rather fantastic soundscape that is colourful, hopeful and optimistic. Its the kind of track that reassures that everything will be smooth like in your summer holidays. Balearic blissfulness guaranteed. Love it!
