Dimitri Kechagias review: The class A trance record label Alter Ego records presents the fantastic vocal trance anthem Believe by Neutron & Star featuring the sweet Lucy on vocal duties. The original version sounds retro romantic euro trance reminding us some of the best tracks from the early 2000. If you want to go old school trance the original version is the perfect excuse to do it. The remix package is extensive and the finest you can get from the hottest producers at the moment. First of all Corderoy beefs up the original and goes for a full on hands in the air uplifting version as we love it to be. Straight to its point with tough meaty beats, driving basslines and hi-nrg style synths to raise the hair from your back straight away. The breakdown is very melodramatic with fantastic sound effects, huge drops, melancholic piano and hands in the air climax to satisfy all those trance fanatics. There is a great Corderoy Dub version for the non vocal lovers. The trance legend Mike Koglin provides the big room club trance version with techy influences and progressive touches as well. Just hear the way the trancemaster manage to build each single soundlayer in order to bring the maximum satisfaction on the dancefloor. You can get multiple eargams with his version for sure. Last but not least Natlife provides an interesting balearic trance style remix that starts only with tribal techy beats and Lucy voice and then slowly he adds all the various elements until to land on the highly atmospheric breakdown and then on his climax part to go full on euphoric style with a cool guitar like new melodic riff that will stay in your head for days. Fluffy, cheerful, and very happy trance track. Love iT!
