Shortly after the publication of his appetizing digital single "Give and Take" Now comes the next single from Netsky's eagerly anticipated second album, the end of June will be published in Hospital Records. "Come Alive" begins with an unusual Marimbamelodie that is so simple that they completely surprised the audience, and then come up with stunning vocals and powerful drum rolls to a climax - very new, but just as intoxicating sounds of Netsky. The remix by Culture Shock moves up the energy with hyperdynamic drums, booming bass lines and a turbo-charged design: a sure-fire dancefloor hit. The controversial remix of Rockwell however presents a bass line that feels FACT according to the magazine "would be a turn around one of the Stomach", resulting in a unique, experimental recreation of the original. Finally the great remix of Submerge with pumping garage beat gets moving.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Once again the brand new subdivision of Universal Records PM:AM brings to the mass audience a superb indie dance record that will dominate eclectic clubfloors and daytime radio shows. The original mix is a dynamic fast moving drum n bass based banger with great female vocals that sound old school like coming from the happy hardcore days. Pure pleasure to drive your car in the fast lane and enjoy it with loud volume levels. Submerse remix is a laid back/lounge style version that adopts a garage beat that is relaxing and very tripping out too. Culture Shock remix roughens up the proceedings even more with liquid drum n bass and even dubstep sequence with heavy distortions and ultra large raw basslines. The vocal is pitched and recreated in a very creative way. The result is an awesome cinematic track to let your mind flow along with it. Rockwell remix lastly is difficult to categorise it as it can be labeled as a mixture of hip hop funky dubstep hybrid. Better to check it out and I'm sure you will be really amazed with it!
