Dimitri Kechagias review: Loreen's Euphoria won the Eurovision song contest of 2012 for Sweden because it contains all the elements that make it the track that reflects the current sound on clubs and radio stations as well. Heavily influenced from uplifting trance and epic progressive house that many Swedish artists such as Swedish House Mafia and AVICII are producing at the moment and drive crazy clubs and festivals thousands of clubbers worldwide. So in my opinion Sweden take advantage of this recognition and participate in Eurovision with a song that is progressive and forward thinking. Loreen's voice is so fragile and inspiring at the same time and she manage to shine upon the strong soundbed of bouncy beats and great synths. The official remix package contains great versions that will become firm favourites for many jocks out there. Carli Remix is a powerful Swedish house style version with bouncy rocking beats, rough basslines and uplifting synths that will raise roofs and move even mountains. Dj Alex Moreno follows the same path but with difference that he creates a housier feel with pumping piano riffs that work so well along with the outstanding voice of Loreen and euphoric trance synths. Excellent breakdown with breaks and jaw dropping build up that will excite your audience so much that will be flying high in the sky in euphoric state of mind.
