May 2012 brought us the long-awaited debut album of US producer Matt Cerf and Shawn Mitiska and vocal lady Jaren Cerf. Fans of the talented trio had to wait 5 years to finally discover the world of Cerf, Mitiska & Jaren, and enjoy its far-stretching borders of musical blends. ‘Give Me A Sound’ also brought the mix of pop and prog-house, heard on ‘Starting Right Now’.
The follow-up to the successful ‘Witness’ doesn’t only feature the powerful vocals of Jaren, but also contains the warm, characteristic voice of UK singer Chris Jones. Known for his collabs with Armin van Buuren and Roger Shah, he makes a more than welcome appearance on the new C, M & J single.

Ukrainian producer duo Ost & Meyer provide a warm, flowing prog-trance remix, while Finnish duo Maison & Dragen enlight ‘starting Right Now’ with a prog-trance sound, adding a contagious and rocking vibe to the original.
Dimitri Kechagias review: S107 part of Armada Music returns with another super fine vocal trancer of the highest quality produced by the excellent Cerf, Mitiska and Jaren. The cool twist in this track is that the lovely Chris Jones takes part as well and his presence adds a male perspective on the feel good optimistic uplifting lyrics along with the always impressive voice of Jaren. The package includes a top notch package of remixes to choose and enjoy in different moments or types of sets. The original is a great hybrid of epic progressive house and progressive trance with chunky beats, warm luscious melodies and big room piano riffs as well. The result will be enjoyed by wide variety of audiences for sure. The successful and highly regarded at the moment duo Ost and Meyer are on board to deliver a slice of super duper electro prog trance with electro and tech touch to it. Of course they use very expressively the vocal and they add a whole new perspective in the original. It can become one of the big vocal trance anthems of the summer. Excellent work done in the breakdown that the colourful synths wash all over the top duo that sings so inspiring together. I can imagine many couples that love each other much to dance along with it and give a deep mouth kiss as well. The good news become better because on the package is the beloved and super busy Maison and Dragen who service a fresh, exciting and ready to please stadium size audiences remix. Also they recreate the vocal in the first breakdown by allowing just Jaren voice and then Chris joining as well. Uplifting synths will bring the much needed euphoria. On the second breakdown a quite old school synthy melody introduce us on the top vocal before the uplifting synths take over control and lead us on the massive hands in the air climax. Two quality remixes for a marvellous track. Love iT!
