1-Manhattan
2-Ocean Drive
2-Ocean Drive
Gery Rydell's double header lands in perfect timing for the start of the summer, with both tracks evoking feelings of hot summer days.
'Manhattan' opens the EP, with it's delicious groove, neat synths and 80's undertones which all build together towards the fantastic climax.
Providing the perfect partner to 'Manhattan' is 'Ocean Drive' which follows a similar formula, albeit slightly more restrained than its predecessor.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Colorize is the very cool sublabel of Enhanced Music that offers progressive trance tracks with house touches. The talented Gery Rydell brings two massive melodic anthems that will become the perfect warm up dishes for a tasty delicious dinner on the dancefloor. Manhattan is the superb hybrid of progressive house and trance with very strong travelling melodic theme combined with siren like synthy riff that create a magical moving and grooving atmosphere. Ocean Drive uses a lighter progressive house beat and blissful summery melodies on top giving you that sense of travelling with a boat in the middle of the Ocean. You can feel the lovely little melodies like the sun rays touching and burning even some times your unprotected skin. With epic prog house influences, sweet piano riffs and danceable grooves this EP includes two great warm up pleasers for any trance or melodic prog house set with Metropolitan feel to them. Love IT!
