In July 2010, as one of the stalwarts of German progressive trance, Steve Brian have been released his brilliant debut album Calera.
As he is about to unleash a full remix edition of his first artist album Calera in a couple of weeks on Tool Records, it´s time now to wet your taste for this upcoming goodie. 

Herewith we are presenting you the first single Vueltas of the upcoming remix album.
This vocal track is re-worked by three more than capable artists to provide a versatile package for everyone. First up Anjunabeats discovery Dan Stone provides a flawless, uplifting peak time trancer that makes great use of the atmospheric vocals. An other great remix coming from Thomas Datt. It takes the track in slightly deeper and more groove oriented direction, with a beautifully crafted break, a high emphasis on atmosphere and dreamy pads and yet it still provides a great edge for the clubs when the mainpart drops. Last but not least, Solace & Solitude chip in their interpretation of Vueltas, injecting a huge amount of energy into the track with a bass heavy and stomping progtrancer.




Dimitri Kechagias review: Steve Brian is one of the hottest names right now in the progressive trance scene. His prog electro trance sound has a loyal global following and his remixes and personal releases are very successful. On Tool Trance he is going to release the Remixed edition of his wonderful album Calera. The first track that got unbelievable remix treatment is the beautiful Vueltas with the magical epic vocals by David Berkeley who has worked with Steve most successfully for his project Angulo on Enhanced. The remix edition of the hair raising Vueltas includes top version by Dan Stone, Thomas Datt and Solace & Solitude. First of all is the fantastic Dan Stone remix. Uplifting trance at its finest from Dan who impress us all once again with his solid rounded and absolutely magically composed remix. Euphoric dynamic trancer with delicate romantic touch as a result of the high class vocals by the heartbreaking David Berkeley. Thomas Datt is on board as well with a wonderful blissful 130 BPM progressive trance version that has  Balearic trance feel and great drive that can even give you the illusion that you feel the summer breeze upon your skin. David's vocal's sound so much in place upon Thomas Datt composition. There is plenty of dynamism and energy going on that will lead us on  the sweet and very warm  breakdown that is very  atmospheric with ambient sounds and effects along with that really exceptional and emotionally charged  David's voice. The progressive trance beats kick back for a full on euphoric climax. Third remix comes from the hands of  Solace & Solitude who deliver an electro progressive trance version with techy influences. The sound of it  reminds me a lot the all time classic by Nalin & Kane - Beachball. Playful and very involving will drive you to various wonderful places to experience the beauties of trance. 3 fantastic remixes ready to win your heart and conquer your soul. Love It!
