Next up on Crystal Source is trance duo Laker & Mihailov with their awesome 2 track Rainy Day EP. First up is the title track, Rainy Day, which is a beast of a trancer. Following a seriously uplifting build section the track drops into a beautiful breakdown which unleashes a haunting melody which carries the track through into the mainsection.
The second track of the EP is entitled Night Flight. Another great club track here with driving beats and bass, sublime breakdown and a climbing synth riff which really builds the energy.

First on that first class EP is of course the superb Rainy Day. If you want something that will energize you instanly and will boost your adrenaline levels Rainy Day is what exactly you were searching for. Fat and very sharp uplifting beats coupled with driving basslines lead us on the highly cinematic breakdown that rain effects and thunders create the perfect sound enviroment for the beautiful piano melody to appear and bring some kind of melancholic feeling that is contrasted with the euphoric uplifting synths. This is exactly the joy of trance for me as from inside the darkness you can see a ray of hope and light too. Second is of course the lovely Night Flight. It follows the same driving banging euphoric style with superb sound design in the breakdown that various ambient sounds support the romantic melody along with the huge swirling synths until everything stops for a while and the massive classical music synthy hook appears to tease your audience and get them jumping upon the fat and furious and absolutely unstopable beat. Its fresh and full of musicality so dont miss it! Love IT!
