This time Manufactured Superstars team up with the lovely singer/songwriter/DJ Lea Luna. The result is their brand new single “Drunk Text” on the Magik Muzik imprint.

This is probably the first house track that successfully addresses the one thing most of us all came to regret in our lives; sending a text message after having too much to drink. You probably felt a bit awkward about it, but as the Manufactured Superstars and Lea Luna say, it’s just a “Drunk Text”.

The unmistakable adult undertone of Drunk Text makes it one of those perfect cuts for a hot and sticky after party; sparse synth tones, a dirty, fat rolling bass-line and of course funky four to the flour beats. While Lea Luna shares her stories with everyone on the dance floor, the atmospehere in the club might reach its boiling point. Is it just a Drunk Text?

Dimitri Kechagias review: It's clever, witty, unique and potentially one of the biggest tracks for Manufactured Superstars. I love tracks with spoken vocal when this has a point to be there and Lea Luna story is telling us something that happened to all of us so we can identify with her completely. After the first round with Extended and Sander Kleineberg remixes now is the time for a bigger larger package to come out. First of all the huge talent Zoo Brazil takes the track in his hand and creates a driving tech house version with distorted vocal and a whole new techy riff that drives the track forward. It follows the original in many ways but adds stompier beats and basslines.Trent Cantrelle devices a big room latin infused  house version that seems to take a risk and win it. You can find an Instrumental version as well for the non vocal sets. The always impressive Jquintel vs Jaceo & Jeziel Quintela return with another well thought remix that add new riffs and even goes for a more upbeat uplifting house atmosphere. Ping Trace remix is chillout and loungy with acid overtones perfect to close the eyes and enjoy the vocals. Last but not least the very hot at the moment Sultan & Ned Shepard follow the electro proggy house style with sharp electro house beats and basslines to electrify you instantly and on the breakdown an 80s influenced melody appears to bring euphoria to any big room house floors. Thats my favorite version as its pure Taurine and Guarana power for sure. Love IT!
