REVIEW: Arkis Elwood & Bryan Corr - Pictures EP out on Babylon/Baroque

1.Pictures
2.Blind Faith

Arkis Elwood & Bryan Corr turn on, tune in & drop this ep for us at Babylon..

big drum hits, sweeping fx and little glitchy rattles make up the backbone groove on Pictures , before a dirty busy bassline kicks off... while robotic effected vox and chimes of melody also add to the excitement

deeper simple beats and a deep n round bass kick things of for Blind Faith, single shot delayed pads build momentum before some dark fx and laser beams fly in around the rising groove. its all about suspense in this one, and it goes right off on the floor

Dimitri Kechagias review: The always on top Babylon label part of Baroque records family offer us another really exciting EP full of noises, sounds, beats that will amaze us  and we will end up on the dancefloor with it getting deep and sexy with its pulsating vibrating beats. Pictures is dark deep but stompy and driving enough to make your body wiggle around with it. 9 minutes of excellent composition with stunning breakdown with amazing melodies, distorted vocals and excellent atmosphere. Blind Faith is deeper tech house bubbler with playful basslines that keep the pace nicely and will be the perfect choice to give that needed esoteric feel to your set. Creative with intelligent ideas. We can call it intelligent progressive!
