REVIEW: W&W - Beta out on Captivating Sounds/Armada Music

1.Beta (Original Mix)
2.Beta (Alpha Mix)

The past few years have been one wild ride for Dutchies Willem van Hanegem and Ward van der Harst, rushing to the absolute top with productions such as ‘Mustang’, ‘Arena’, ‘AK-47’ and their vocal collab with Ana Criado, ‘Three O’Clock’. Time doesn’t stand still, and neither does the W&W sound. The moment many trance lovers are waiting for, is swiftly approaching. It’s only a matter of weeks before the young talents of W&W really do grow up and reveal their highly anticipated debut album.

To ease the wait, they kick in with a new anthem to rock you between the rays. Start moving, cause ‘Beta’ will show you the essence of a quality tech-trancer and that includes a highly contagious groove. Experimenting with sounds sees W&W create a new echo to their tracks, as is the case with ‘Beta’. It’s got the energy, it’s got the distortion, but most of all it’s got the power to move both mind and body. If you’re in for a deeper, harder version of ‘Beta’, you might wanna test the ‘Alpha Mix’, kicking in just a little bit extra!

Dimitri Kechagias review: W & W are one of the best trance acts coming from Holland and destined to grow bigger and bigger after each release and gig. They know how to do it and they can do it just right in their stage when they perform or in the studio when they craft with their mysterious and highly secret recipe the next big anthem that will take by storm the dancefloor and facebook or twitter too. Beta is exactly that type of a track that has the muscles and the strength to drive crazy any clubber with good hearing levels of course. Dirty glitzy beats and that manic ravey riff for hands in the air full on action. Very functional and targets more the underground sets for sure. Alpha mix has a fat big bouncy metalic bassline and beat, does some intresting tricks with cuts and stops to keep the interest and your feet on the dancefloor. If trance is your thing you can get way from Beta. Will be everywhere!

If you still thinking what to vote at the dj mag top 100 djs pool go and vote for W&W. They can set any party on fire and with a top album soon
