ADE 2018: ADE Health is back with the focus on real solutions

After the success of last year's inaugural ADE Health Club, the DeLaMar Theater will once again be hosting sessions that both look at, and offer answers to, the unique problems that being on the road creates.

One of the ways in which ADE seeks to give something back to the electronic scene is by engaging directly with its members about the very specific conditions that being a working DJ or someone working in the live music industry can create in otherwise healthy and well adjusted individuals. The Road Map for People on the Road will be presenting an in-depth look at various methods that, through years of trial and error, have been proven to reduce the damaging effects of earning your living in the stressful but glamorous world of live shows.

ADE Pro panel of experts will also be demonstrating how to compartmentalise the elements that cause stress in the first place, offering advice about the many ways in which you can boost your mental positivity and help ensure physical and mental well-being, as well as looking at personal habits that both promote and undermine your feelings of well-being and stability. There will also be tips and tricks from expert personal trainers who normally train top athletes on how to avoid becoming a victim of the lifestyle that you love.
