REVIEW: Jimmy Chou - Claymore / Avaris out on Extrema Global Music / Recoverworld

Manuel le Saux's superb new label kicks into gear for its second release with this stunning two tracker by Jimmy Chou.

Jimmy is no stranger to the Recoverworld label family and with this release he does not hold back on either style or quality.

Expect big riffs, bags of energy and top quality production skills from beginning to end.....

 You will not be dissapointed!!

Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the most beloved and successful underground Italian trance dj is of course Manuel Le Saux. The talented dj, producer and radio host presents the second release on his Extrema Global Music. Jimmy Chou all the way from Vancouver Canada delivers the two firecrackers Claymore & Avaris. Claymore is a powerful hard euphoric tech trancer with very strong synthy lead that appears in the breakdown to excite the audiences and then in his  climax satisfaction is guaranteed in true tech trance style. Rough, raw, booming beats and hard body banging basslines will drive the clubber nuts and after a short breakdown that the huge synthy lead makes a small appearance the beat kicks back in true euphoric hands in the air production. The melody works like a treat upon the beats and I can imagine those hands flying and waving in the air. Secondly is Avaris which is very strong hybrid of acid trance and full on euphoric pure trance sound. It starts all dark and acidic but after the breakdown is transformed into a massive hands in the air positive trancer that reveals some additional melodies in the climax and really builds a really colourful and highly magical soundscape. I can imagine bodies jumping up and down with Avaris. Two great trancers. Good luck to Manuel with his new label. Love IT
