REVIEW: Lizzie Curious - Butterflies out on Curiousity Club

1-StoneBridge remix
2-68 Beats remix
3-Luv Gunz remix

Singer/songwriter/DJ Lizzie Curious has released songs with, and been remixed by, the likes of Robbie Rivera, Cosmic Gate, Stonebridge, Alex Gaudino, Thomas Gold and George Acosta. Now launching her own record label Curiousity Club, her first release, Butterflies, is an anthemic combination of uplifting, heartfelt vocals and roof-raising house music, showcasing Lizzie's ability to write and sing truly captivating vocals that connect with clubbers across the world.

First up, house music legend StoneBridge takes Butterflies into epic house territory, fusing a dancefloor-destroying, driving bassline with tight percussion and shimmering, uplifting chords. Spine-tingling breakdowns, hands-in-the-air build-ups and Lizzie's captivating vocals fuse together to make a stand-out anthem.

Juicy Music artist 68 Beats combines an uplifting arpeggiated piano riff with a pumping kick, taking no prisoners from the very first beat. Combined with a strong synth lead line and the Butterflies lyrics, this mix will see dance floors across the world ignite.

Newcomers Luv Gunz use strong snares, epic build ups and a big room synths to create a mix which capably steers the track into EDM territory, with Lizzie's vocals providing the perfect contrast in the breakdown.

Lizzie Curious - Butterflies (Luv Gunz remix) by Lizzie Curious

Dimitri Kechagias review: First of all I would love to wish all the best of luck to Lizze Curious for her brand newborn label. We all hope she  will release some amazing club bombs. The first release is the finest opening for the brand new label and it comes from the label owner herself and its called Butterflies. Its definitely a big club track with that female touch to it. Stonebridge is a real legend and his remix is absolutely mindblowing. Feel good summery epic progressive house banger with the needed pop touch to it. Superb composition that will glue your feet on the dancefloor and will raise the  roofs for sure. Lizze voice is really unique and different from the house divas type of voice. She sounds so fresh, young and sexy of course. There is a cool Anthem dub version for those who like less vocals in their dj sets. 68Beats is a balearic Swedish epic prog house version that is full on and straight to the point with euphoric synths and razor sharp basslines combined perfectly with Lizze's vocal that on this version stays on the background allowing the music to do the main talking. Lastly the excellent Luv Gunz service the real epic prog house version that is full on, pumping and driving with energetic synths and the cool Lizzie vocals for all the sensitive souls out there to start signing a long on the dancefloor. An early 2013 club anthem for sure. Love IT and we Love Lizze!
