For AVA’s 97th release, we’re taking a look at some promising new talent with the first of many NuBreed EP’s to come. Making their debut and kicking the EP off is “Gateway” by Programmer & Jean Clemence. An energetic rollercoaster, the two craft a solid romper of a track. Jagged basslines and square leads litter the soundscape building towards a beautiful orchestral breakdown. First of all are Programmer & Jean Clemence who combine their forces for the stunning Gateway. If you are fan of Armin van Buuren's big room sound as this is performed usually in his mainstage appearances you will adore Gateway. Full on prime time mainstage trancer with fat bouncy banging aggressive basslines, chunky overweight drums and excellent atmosphere that is manifested even better in the breakdown that classical orchestral theme comes in to add that epic high class edge to the proceedings. The climax is extra hard so better get prepared to let yourself go and enjoy the explosion that happens inside you. Next on this well put together EP is Claus Backslash who moves on the same mainstage festival friendly trance sound with Inception Phase. He starts in old school direction with old style kicks and basslines but in the breakdown is transformed into the swan we all waiting for.
