REVIEW: Thomas Newson & Magnificence - Blizzard out on Protocol recordings

A brilliant power booster on Protocol by the all Dutch Thomas Newson & Magnificence. Blizzard is a nothing less than a big room and festival belter servicing true ravers! Set to be released August 25 on Protocol.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The extremely cool dj & producer Nicky Romero is considered to be one of the most groundbreaking artist with new ideas and great classics in his belt. His record label Protocol recordings follows his unconventional path with big tunes that have something different to say and include brilliant fresh twists and turns to keep the clubfloor interested throughout its short but very full in action duration. Thomas Newson & Magnificence combine their efforts for Blizzard. You wonder if the content is so loud as the title and the answer is a huge YES! Tough bouncy groove, pulsating aggressive basslines, roof  raising synths and exotic vocal samples as well. The main breakdown starts with distorted vocal samples combined with ethnic voices and the first main synthy hook that teases the crowd for the explosion of the colourful synths that follows and lead the track to its hands in the little euphoric trancy section before the deadly beat returns back for the final drop that cuts sharp like knife and you can't keep silent while is playing so better prepare yourself for heavy dance routines! #PureBassPower Love iT
