REVIEW: Sy Gardner - The Raid out on Tytanium recordings

UK-Based Sy Gardner is no stranger when it comes to power driving trance fallings somewhere between tech trance and more “uplifting” melodic feels, with an excellent balance of the two.

The Raid is what we feels is Sy’s best track to date and certainly something that will have you moving. Slick acid-lines pad the intro for you as you hit the lush strings and piano of the break before the big melodic leads kick in and take you up a level.

So get cracking and join in on “The Raid”.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Tytanium recordings is the top label owned by Sean Tyas via Black Hole recordings and until now every each single release on this imprint is top class and pure trance at its very best. The brand new Tytanium release that is out now is by Sy Gardner and is called The Raid. We deal with magnificent straight forward underground heavy hitting uplifting euphoric trancer of the highest quality no doubts here and no second thoughts. The Raid is a track that follows the classic uplifting trance arrangement with short breakdowns that allow the producer to introduce brand new sound layers upon the heavy pounding groove, the pumping bassline and acid overtones as well. The breakdown is truly magical with emotional piano melodies followed by the full on hands in the air euphoric synthy stabs and the cool sub bass along with some drum rolls that build the tension until the beat strikes back for the uplifting climax that is best crescendo moment that can someone wish to get on a such epic proportions powerbanger. There is an outro breakdown as well with piano and epic synths that lead the track to its final euphoric sequence that closes off the track in the most appropriate direction. This is what I call pure uplifting underground trance! #PureGold Love it
