The track moves within the realm of the well established Dutch trance sound that combines elements of big room trance with progressive trance and incorporates influences from classical music as well. Paint The Sky continues the legacy of Armin's Gaia sound with heavy chunky grooves, energetic electrified driving basslines and euphoric playful synths. In the breakdown the haunting piano theme is introduced supported by classical orchestral music strings and heavenly female voices.
