Unreleased Digital reaches it's 200th release. Reason enough to offer a special, nostalgic package representing Unreleased Digital's music from the present, as well as the one from the past.
All HELVETIC NERDS members came together to create the idea of this amazing piece of music. CHRIS REECE & DINKA worked out the final production of both mixes. The first mix convinces with modern progressive house synth lines, catchy melodies and an indie dance like breakdown section with a sort of children choir singing an angelic top melody.
Second mix is drawn to sound more old-school, the way Unreleased Digital sounded in 2007 when the first records hit download charts and got noticed by the EDM scene. Low-pass filtered chords playing an uplifting progression throughout, arpeggio synth lines support the magic of the mix and some epic breakdowns will set your crowd on fire, for sure.

Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the finest progressive house labels in Europe with global appeal reaches its 200th release so as you can expect they have something really special in stores for us. The top collective project Helvetic Nerds present their magnificent tune Stormwatch in two versions perfect to connect the past of the label with the present. Chris Reece, the label head, co-operates with Dinka to provide two very nice and contrasting mixes. Their main mix is a full on EDM festival style version with jumping and pumping beats, thumping rocking raw basslines and excellent optimistic melodic themes in the breakdown along with heavenly style female voices, children like choirs and full on climax with big synthy stabs to excite your audience to the fullest. Its pleasurable, its enjoyable, very danceable and highly recommended. The Old Fashion remix is a wonderful early Unreleased Digital material that is more relaxing and laidback with trancy synthy themes and balearic bubbly beats. After so many years this style is favourite for many and represents the real Balearic summer style progressive house sound. Quality from start to the end, so better grab it now as Beatport included on 10 must hear progressive tracks. Love IT!
