Last night, Armin van Buuren celebrated the official 600th birthday of
his weekly radio show A State Of Trance. He kicked off his brand new
ASOT600 ‘The Expedition’ world tour in Madrid. In the next 10 weeks,
Armin celebrates the 600th episode of his A State of Trance radio show
with an ASOT world tour bigger than he’s ever done before with 12 shows
in 11 cities such as Mexico City, Sao Paulo, New York, Miami and Kuala
Lumpur. The 10th edition of Armin van Buuren’s mix series ‘A State of
Trance 2013, which was released yesterday and which is based on this
radio show, has entered Top 10 charts worldwide.
Last night, the
sold-out pre-party of the tour took place in Madrid, uniting millions of
listeners through FM stations, live video and audio broadcast on www.astateoftrance.com and social media.
Hashtags #ASOT600MAD and #ASOT600 became worldwide trending topic on Twitter and the online buzz also resulted in a sales peak for the A State of Trance 2013 compilation.
The award-winning compilation series, now releasing its 10th edition, is filled with exclusive tracks and remixes by renowned names and upcoming talents.
