REVIEW: Heatbeat - Roses Never Cry / Chinpokomon out on Soundpiercing/Armada Music

1.Roses Never Cry (Original Mix)
2.Chinpokomon (Original Mix)
3.Roses Never Cry (Radio Edit)
4.Chinpokomon (Radio Edit)

The Heatbeat boys give full play, with one musical highlight after the next. With this new E.P. on Soundpiercing, Argentina’s finest producer duo continues doing what they do best: enrapture the crowd.

It hasn’t been that long since their ‘Ask The Cat’ E.P. warmed up the European summer season. With the Ibiza spark slowly fading, the Argentinean spring sets in. Preparing for long, sultry hot nights, Agustin and Matias decided to bring in a set of new, nocturnal anthems. ‘Roses Never Cry’ is tender and sensitively seductive with piano play, though more than fit for peak-time bliss. A breath of fresh air for those looking for a real feel-good tune. ‘Chinpokomon’ is something completely different. This feet-killer a real wake-up call, with growling beats and electric stabs. Truly maddening!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Soundpiercing is of course one of the main top labels in Armada and returns with another serious crowd pleaser. The top latin producers Heatbeat come back with a stunning EP that combines the sounds that are prominent at the club nowadays. Roses Never Cry is maybe the best title to describe the content of this fantastic record. It combines electro tech trance beats with feel good melodies that simply will rock the clubs. The female vocal in the breakdown is really heart and soul touching but dont expect the track to carry on like this cause we talk about club bussiness here so the track in the main part goes big room as it can go and give you that ultimate "havin it good time mate" effect. On the other side the cleverly titled Chinpokomon is once again what the mysterious title suggests.Personally this title in my mind singals a really playful  big room track that is not the peak time monster but is the one that can do miracles wth clever mixing and maybe a mashed up vocal on top. Exceptional stuff once again from the Latino  duo.
