John O'Callaghan is clearly in an ensemble mood this summer. No sooner has his x Tom Colontonio x Sinead McCarthy ‘Reality’ release taken clubbier capitals by storm (yes, we’re looking at you, Ibiza!), he’s back with another crew … and another earthmover.

For the track, John’s banded together with fellow Irelander Paul Skelton (of Subculture, FSOE & Regenerate fame) and the peerless voice of Sue McLaren. In its Original form, the production’s another classically uplifting JOC number, packed to the gills with aquiline synths, beachfront ether and the grandest of grand pianos. At her emotionally reaching best, Sue brings ‘Power Of Now’ a carpe diem message that couldn’t be clearer.

Or could it!? Playing brilliantly against-type, John and Paul seek to answer that question through their acoustic version. Placing the spotlight squarely on Sue’s words and song, their eminently more chilled, string-tinged mix will be goosing those bumps till season’s end!

‘Power Of Now’s release though is coming at you with a bit of a twist!

Pure summer-fuel, ‘Power Of Now’s available from today here !!
