[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Definitions presents two excellent trance productions that stand out of the generic uplifting sound that sounds like copying and pasting previous projects templates without any imagination. In contrast these two very talented artists deliver tracks that you will play this year in your set and you will keep on playing them for years.  Subterfuge is collaboration with Slipstream  with cool driving basslines, thumping metallic serious kick, strong percussion drive the track nicely forward while on top cool melodic layers, haunting voices, variety of synthy riffs create that hypnotic feel that trance is all about. The breakdown is all about the mysterious atmosphere with dynamic dark synthy hook and trancy voices on top while underneath breaks like section keeps things interesting until the build up takes us all the way in the floating climax that has variety of synths with superb twist and edge. On The Lie Definitions moves on the similar serious uplifting direction with soaring synths, great tribalish percussion and atmospheric breakdown that is dominated from the full on uplifting synthy hooks to raise those hands in the air and then nicely we follow the track in its cinematic direction with variety of synthy layers, acid overtones and Ibiza trance feel resembling the classic 3 Drives on a Vinyl sound to it. #PureGold Love IT  [/content]
