Baby Doc has been making Techno and Trance since the early 90's .
He was one of the originators of the Hard House sound which went global.
Baby Doc is a prolific remixer having been commissioned to remix such diverse artists as Iggy Pop, Marc Almond, Cher, Age of Love, The Pet shop boys and Destiny's Child plus over 200 or more other dance tracks.
Baby Doc continues to be commissioned to remix tracks and has recorded five remixes just in November 22 alone.
As an artist Baby Doc has been signed to such labels as Positiva, EMI, React records, Rising High Records, Prolekult. and currently Blu Fin records who released his new album "Twisted silky."
Baby Doc has worked with all the major labels including EMI, Virgin, London Records,Warner Brothers etc.
He has played in over 40 different countries and continues to play around the world to this day.

Baby Doc: The release of my album Baby Doc Twisted Silky and generally making around 30 to 40 tracks/remixes last year and managing not to get Covid.

Baby Doc: I love the Typhon analog synth and the Korg Monologue analog synth. I don't use any soft synths ever.

Baby Doc: Not to listen to other peoples advise and go with what your heart tells you.

Baby Doc: Donna Summer I feel love . It's an obvious one but it can't be topped. The message by Grand master flash and the furious five is another classic.

Baby Doc: 8 I have heard some great records this year.
Dimitris: In which TV series, film or advert would you like to experience your track being used? Which track was the best placed on films/TV series/advert/official aftermovie of a festival from another artist?
Baby Doc: Anything dark , I'm a huge John Carpenter fan so anything by him, but considering he makes all his own music that's unlikely to happen.
Dimitris: During 2022 we experienced many tracks that were hybrids of music styles & genres. Do believe that music genres or styles are still relevant today?
Baby Doc: I absolutely hate genres . the labels that put out only one style that sounds exactly like the same record they have put out time and time again are the ruin of club music.
These labels are generally run by people who came into the scene late and are too scared to rock any boats .
In the old days a label that put out just two records that sounded the same would have been laughed out of town now it sadly seems to be the norm.
I play what I like if I like it it goes in the set irrespective of 'genres'.
Dimitris: Do you have any concrete plans for 2023 regarding future releases, tracks, albums, collaborations, DJ gigs? Please provide us the juicy details.
Baby Doc: I have four remixes coming out early next year and my next album which I have started working on already.
I'm working my all live show playing only my own tracks without a deck in site .
