Introducing the rocky sound of award-winning Dutch rock band Kensington as a perfect merging with Armin van Buuren's musical ingenuity, 'Heading Up High' is another one of those out-of-the-box creations making the 'Embrace' album worthwhile. Stuffed with energetic chord progressions, pounding beats, and a solid bassline, 'Heading Up High' is what you get when a joint venture of such magnitude is allowed to thrive.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Armin van Buuren presents his latest single from his album Embrace that is of course the magnificent rock infused relaxing epic anthem Heading Up High. The original mix is produced with daytime and morning radio shows in mind. It is the type of the track you listen when you eat your breakfast and gives you strength to carry on a hard working day and face the various challenges. Great lyrics, brilliant performance by Kensington and the result is a wonderful lovable pop anthem. Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike vs BOOSTEDKIDS transform the track into a massive hardstyle house version perfect for Tomorrowland main stage. Banging rough drums, aggressive monster size basslines and nice calming breakdown with the great song. This is the absolute party version. Years Remix is melodic and dreamy with pulsating basslines, pounding drums, energetic synthy chords and tripping out atmosphere that awake your senses and make you feel optimistic and hopeful at the end of it. Last but not least the always on the right spot First State service the fantastic progressive big room trance version that Armin will play in his mainstage performances and carry away his devoted fans who will sing a long and jump around like there is no tomorrow with fat drums, electro infused basslines and synthy drops to get you crazy. This is anthem for hope. 10/10 Love It #PureGold
