REVIEW: Orla Feeney - Time Out out on Tytanium recordings

Also known as the sultry "voice" of Tytanium Sessions, Orla Feeney steps up to flex her muscle on her new production, Time Out.

Going down the tough tech trance route with heavy spoonfuls of psy rolled into a nice filling mixture that oozes with character & punch.

Get down with this.

Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the busiest Irish female dj is back on Tytanium recordings. After her great outings on Paul van Dyk's legendary imprint VANDIT she strikes back with Time Out. The track has all the signature trademarks of her dj sets. Powerful, dynamic, in your face and ready for heavy action. Time Out is moving on the tech trance meets psy trance sound that seems to dominate many dj sets. On this one the main focus in my opinion is the rough aggressive in your face groove, the nasty edgy dark bassline while the melodic elements are kept only for the breakdowns. Particularly the second longer one is packed with emotional synthy plucks, great epic strings and colourful feel good synths to raise your consciousness to the higher level until the filthy vocal comes in and states that "It's Not Me, It's You". Her climax continues on the same monotonous hypnotic way as it started and I'm sure that those who like it harder with UK hard house influences in it will adore it. Of course I would prefer it to be more melodic in the climax but thats only me! #PureBassPower Love It
