REVIEW: Row Rocka - Saffron out on Protocol recordings

Row Rocka's tune is what it says, a valuable spice to compliment a mouth watering dish. Bon appetit! Set to be released August 11 on Protocol!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Protocol recordings adds to its long catalogue an excellent new spicy release by Row Rocka. The track is called Saffron and of course refers to a very unique track that moves within the realm of big room electro house but there are many new ideas are included as well to make it a bit extra special. It starts with heavy groove, tribal ethnic style percussion from the Middle East that Saffron is cultivated and what it follows is absolutely mindblowing. The first breakdown reveals the manic synthy riff that will raise many hands in the air and will bring many smiles on your faces too. The drop is totally different thing as it goes all dirty dutch meets electro with wonky aggressive basslines and fat in your face groove that is punchy, rough and absolutely earthshaking. The second breakdown is equally melodic followed by the euphoric hands in the air section to offer the crowd the chance to enjoy themselves as they fly to the sky but when the cranking drop strikes back you know that the world will be a different place than before. Energetic, powerful, playful with stop and goes effects Saffron manage to keep the clubbers interest focused and the festival crowd mesmerised! Go Crazy! #PureGold Love iT
