Gabriel & Dresden can be proud of themselves as true pioneers that were always in the quest to find new unexplored territories and New Ground rather than repeating again and again the same old worn out formula. Their new track is another magnificent example of their decision to remain on the underground and from there to send their signals and communicate with their growing fanbase worldwide. New Ground is main room progressive trancer with progressive house influences as well. G&D apply their fantastic powerful rocking and shaking tribal techy drums and from the beginning we are getting prepared for a nice treat to our ears. After short breakdown the electro infused bassline and the siren like sound sample is introduced along with some classic 80's synthy layers. Later the track reveals the more melodic fragile side with the presentation of the more emotional deep electronic synthy theme that crawls under your skin easily. From now on the track starts the more intense part that will drive the clubbers out of their heads. The breakdown has that sci-fi movie feeling to it with that classic and truly romantic synthy melody winning the attention of the devoted clubbers. The aggressive drop that follows continues full on and in your face but it balances that with the sweet synthy line that has that trancy hypnotic effect to it!
