REVIEW: Sound Fusion - Delusory Hopes / Rainy In The Night out on Darkpload

One of the most awaited releases on Darkpload this year is Sound Fusion's 'Delusory Hopes', joint by the b-side track called 'Rainy In The Night'. First tune was supported countless times in Darkplay and Dark Light with Andromedha radioshows, which was a good point for label's A&R to make an own interpretation. Original mix of Delusory Hopes brings some heavy pumping bassline, evil atmospheric pads and synths and really strong rythm catching all the best of both worlds of peak time and deep stuff. As mentioned earlier, on the remix duties there is label's co-owner Andromedha and additionaly one of the finest Russian producers lately, also not new to dark progressive trance lovers, Gordey Tsukanov. Andromedha's take on 'Delusory Hopes' introduces a bit stronger and heavier style than usual incorporating some of his Messier 31's sounds and aims to make the original even more driving and dancefloor ready, while Gordey Tsukanov presents a bit more laid back and creepy version of the original, rich of his signature noises and haunting soundtextures. 'Rainy In The Night' is closing up the E.P. in style with a deep vibe and soft drumbeats, continuing the mood which Sound Fusion brought on with previously released Inside The Dark and Outback.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Darkpload records presents another must have EP that will definitely win your admiration and support straight away. Sound Fusion service two right on the top spot productions while Andromedha and Gordey Tsukanov provide the excellent remixes. The original mix of Delusory Hopes is a powerful driving dark and deep progressive trancer with excellent cinematic atmosphere and mysterious breakdown that reveal the nice electronic synthy melody to relax for a while and on the massive climax another super strong synthy lead is introduced to build that sense of insecurity and deep fear to the listener and excite them too. Adromedha remix applies tougher techy beats and dark haunting pumping basslines while on top various dark and sinister synths are introduced to lead the track to its full on climax. Its great trance production with classic mid 90's progressive house influences in it as well. Gordey Tsukanov remix has psy trance infusions to it. Deep and uncompromising with huge synthy lead to drive the crowds out of their heads. Big room dark trance for EDM festivals that djs like Markus Schultz will appreciate for sure. Lastly Rainy In The Night remains on the deep dark trance style by going even deeper with longer cinematic breakdown that will keep you wondering whats coming next. The climax continues on the same style by introducing some mesmerising electronic style melancholic synths to hypnotise the crowd and lead them to their Promised Land. Great productions with rich textures of sounds and well conceived quality melodies. Top dark stuff! Love iT
