1.Getting Over You (Original Mix)
2.Getting Over You (eSQUIRE Remix)
3.Getting Over You (Kenneth Thomas Remix)
4.Getting Over You (eSQUIRE Radio Edit)
After its initial airing on Paul Oakenfold’s Summer edition of the hugely popular ‘Four Seasons’ compilation series, “Getting Over You” by rising South Korean producer Justin Oh – here featuring the vocals of Remus – now sees a full release on the main Perfecto imprint.
Justin has already established himself as one of the top electronic artists in Asia, with releases on the likes of Baroque, Nueva and Lowbit.
After Paul Oakenfold’s massive support of Justin’s 2011 single “Wait For You”, which he included on his “Never Mind The Bollocks….Here’s…” album of the same year we were excited to have Justin make some music for us.
The package comes complete with remixes from eSQUIRE and Perfecto favorite Kenneth Thomas.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Perfecto records always impress us with their music policy and their ability to discover fresh talents that have an important statement to make with their music. Justin Oh is one of those new talents that deserve to reach a wider global audience. On vocal duties is Remus with his top vocal performance that will be remembered for long. Getting Over You is a superb electro house meets prog house smasher with playful composition, super hooky grooves, funky basslines and uplifting synths that will elevate the track to a whole new level. The remix package includes two additional remixes. First is the eSQUIRE Remixthat moves in the EDM USA style direction. Very upfront with cool breakdown that allows the pop touched vocal to shine and highly euphoric climax that is pure hands synthy euphoria. With AVICII influences and well timed composition this remix will do big damage on specialist nights and mainstream discos as well. I can imagine girls and boys singing a long trying to get over the break up of their relation. The very talented Kenneth Thomas is on board and he does what he knows best as he moves towards a deeper prog trance meets house direction with heavy electro and tech influences in order to provide a powerful quality version that will be played by trance and house djs. It has the word summer festival anthems written all over it and is highly recommended. Love IT!
