Dimitri Kechagias review: The compilation we were waiting for strikes back with 5 more exclusive fresh tracks & remixes with the subtitle The Elite Selection. The well known compilation reached the 6th volume in 2013 and will be a pleasant surprise for many as it hides some exceptional gems ready made for dancefloor domination. First of all the massively successful Vision by Ashley Wallbridge is remixed from the current favourite remixer Juventa who seems to be all over the place with remixes for the biggest names in the scene. His remix is perfect example of the fresh modern neo trance sound that combines epic prog house, electro, tech and trance in equal measures with the lovely guitar melody in the breakdown and the huge euphoric synthy lead to bring back the classic Ashley anthem. Juventa is on fire and this remix will burn so watch out how you handle it. Second awesome anthem is Emma Hewittt's incredible Crucify remixed by MaRLo in its Dub version. If you feel in non vocal mood MaRLo will rock the soundsystems. Tech big room electrified trancer with that synthy lead to blow the big soundsystems. Third track is the playful melodic ecological trancer Karekare (Original Mix) by Hyperbits. Blissful, mesmerising with choral female voices, emotional melodic themes and very dancefloor friendly rhythm. Soulful melodic summery balearic trance at its finest. Fourth really nice and stand out track is the production by Wach with Leven Mervox called Whiteout (Original Mix). Driving energetic proglifting trancer with opera style female vocals in its cinematic fairytale like breakdown, luscious blissful melancholic melodies, warm strings and of course the huge epic hands in the air distorted rave style synthy lead that builds the track towards bouncy and banging climax. Last but not least Anhken is on board with the Alternative mix of his Always Look Back trance anthem. His Alternative mix will touch you deep and its strong emotional melodic themes will crawl under your skin and rejuvenate your soul and refresh your senses.
