REVIEW: Sven Stout - Faceplant out on Black Hole recordings

1. Original Mix

Sven Stout presents his debut single “Faceplant” on the Black Hole imprint.

Sven Stout's life has always been influenced by music. His grandfather and father were both active in the music industry, infecting Sven with the musical virus at an early age. After two years of hard work, Sven mastered the DJ trade and soon he landed his first DJ gig, opening for no one less than Marco V. Currently Sven is the resident DJ for several clubs in the Netherlands. He’s bringing his sound to the party people at Club Philip in Tilburg, Ushiwawa in Den-Bosch and Club Seven in Eindhoven. Sven featured in the line-up of the Dope & Dirty stage at the Lakedance festival 2010 and recently he ventured on to new territory and started producing his own music, with the release of his debut single "Faceplant" as the perfect result.

With “Faceplant” Sven has left a perfect first impression. Following in the footsteps of the big guys on the scene, “Faceplant” is a killer party track with a massive echange between the deep bass kicks and synth blasts. Sweeps that make you pump your fist in the air is what gives “Faceplant” its dance floor power and it won’t be long before the early spring and summer festivals will enjoy this one in the track lists of the big DJs.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Black Hole recordings is about to release another massive tool for your hot club nights and days. Sven Stout is a new name for many but as it seems he is about to blow big time in the international club scene if we judge from his rocking Faceplant. We deal with a superstrong, rough, wild and uncontrollable club monster tune. The powerful pumping basslines combined with heavy beats will drive crazy the club families worldwide. Its strong element for me is the African drums like percussion that relentlessly is building up in order to push more and more the tension to its limits and  fire up the dancefloors. The dirty dutch touches combined with electro house influences has as a result a tune to remember. Particularly that siren like synthy riff in the breakdown will push the adrenaline levels to its limits. Its your must have club tool with unique flavour.   Love iT!
