Monobrother D (born in 1981), known to friends and family as David Sichinava, is a producer from Rostov-on-Don, Russia. His passion for music came at an early age, initially listening to bands like Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Depeche Mode, Everything But The Girl and artists such as Todd Terry and Armand van Helden. His debut single on Wildlife, "Autumn" was received with high acclaim and turned up in the track lists of the big names shortly after its release.
With "Lazy Jazz" Monobrother D really takes his audience on a relaxing musical journey. Paying homage to the downtempo house sound of pioneers like Mr Fingers and Frankie Knuckles, "Lazy Jazz" shows that warm chillout tracks still stand for that magical twilight moment on the beach after a long day of sun worshipping at famous Ibiza hangouts like Cafe Mambo or Cafe Del Mar, with Jose Padilla behind the decks.
