REVIEW: Robert Caceres & Dave Cohen - 28 Months Collapse out on Baroque Digital

1-28 Months
2-Collapse

Roberto Caceres & Dave Cohen give us two mighty powerful tracks next on Baroque Digital..

'28 Months' has a slick progressive groove, with floaty dub elements and large shimmering synth keys lifting the groove.

'Collapse' sets off with a chunky drum led groove before a filtered bass and skippy percs take over, eastern tones and subtle chants enter amidst chained pads and banging drums.. big room stuff

Dimitri Kechagias review: We all know that Baroque records is about high quality releases. The latest one is the collaboration between  Roberto Caceres & Dave Cohen for two fantastic tracks that will mesmerize you for sure. First of all is 28 Months that is deep tech house at its finest. The warm strings, the bubbly beats, the wobbly basslines, the relaxing piano melodies will bring in your mind summer holidays for sure. Complex in its simplicity and absolutely balearic too. Collapse is a fantastic deep tech house affair as well with more drive, upfront atmosphere and great eastern vibes as well. The percussion and the whole cinematic atmosphere will absorb you in its soundscapes straight away. Very emotional, hypnotic  and mind tripping. Love IT!
