REVIEW: Mike Foyle & Surpresa - Placebo out on Soundpiercing / Armada Music

1.Placebo (Original Mix)
2.Placebo (Radio Edit)

Giving trance the solid foundation to grow into the popular scene it is today, UK’s Mike Foyle and Dutchman Leon Bolier have ever delivered something special. With the masterpiece of ‘Placebo’, a dream team is born.

Each providing their own specialties, ‘Placebo’ is a brilliantly balanced piece coming from the Foyle and Bolier studios. Bolier, working under his much-famed Surpresa moniker, under which he’s given sound to EDM history with the magical ‘Poseidon’ and ‘Back In The Days’. Foyle, providing ingenious piano-driven melodies to go with Bolier’s furious basslines and unrivaled trickery with emotion. ‘Placebo’ will only be done justice played out loud, and so you will.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Melodic progressive trance at its best is the order of the day for the brand new Soundpiercing release by the two mega talents in trance Mike Foyle & Supresa. Both well known from their  various trance classics its about the time to collaborate for what is shaped to become the next megathing for your progressive trance sets. Fantastic opera style vocals open the track in a very dreamy and perfect to use as a starting point in your set. When the manic tribal trance beats comes to the forefront you get the feeling that an enjoyable ride has just begun so better relax on the dancefloor, switch off your mind and let the beats control your body. Floating, flowing, warm and balearic but dynamic and danceable with breakdown to die for. Emotional and very original with big knowledge of what elements should be in it in order to bring endless goosebumps on the global dancefloor. Sky is never the limit is just the beginning. Love iT!
