DuMonde, a German trance and hard trance project established in 1997 by musicians Jürgen Mutschall (JAMX) and Dominik de León (De Leon), gained prominence with the success of their debut single, “Tomorrow.” This marked their entry into Europe’s late 1990s embrace of the trance music genre. Subsequently, they released subsequent singles such as “See The Light,” “Never Look Back,” and “God Music,” along with a series of successful remixes for renowned acts like Binary Finary, Sash!, Rank 1, Push, and Alice Deejay. This contributed to their status as influential figures within the mainstream German trance scene. In 2007, the duo decided to pursue solo careers. DuMonde made a comeback to the music industry in 2024 with the release of the single “Sometimes.” The current iteration of the project comprises Jürgen Mutschall, the founding member, with studio assistance provided by compatriot Daniel Körber (D.Mand), a German producer and audio engineer.
