REVIEW: Møme - Aloha incl music video out on Universal Music

It is the perfect summer cocktail of electro, chill-wave, French Touch and Soulful vocals: Mome is the latest hit-producer from the south of France, who has currently captured the international audiences and iTunes charts with the track "Aloha" which in his home country is already a massive hit. The track features the  Australian Merryn Jeann on vocal duties.

As a surfer spends Jérémy Souillart aka Mome is waiting  on the shores of oceans for good waves. For the incredibly catchy track "Aloha" Mome  turned his own van into a mobile music studio during his stay in Australia where he travelled down under. He moved from a surf spot to the next, he met in Byron Bay also the singer Merryn Jeann who became the vocal guest on the hit single Aloha.

In recent months Mome has already beaten massive waves around the globe with "Aloha": The video for the single, recorded  at Vevo over 4,554,947 million views, and has appeared in France in all charts including Hit - Top-3 in the airplay charts and # 6 on iTunes, and No. 2 in the French Shazam charts. With over 20 million streams worldwide, the track has the iTunes Electro charts even conquered in more than 30 other countries - including in Switzerland, Spain, Belgium, in Chile and Argentina, where "Aloha" even occupied the chart peak.

Currently back in Europe, Mome in his music combines such diverse influences as the guitar bands of his youth, French house, electro and even jazz together.

The original is the perfect combination of tropical exotic sensibilities with trap/electro stryle summery sunkissed grooves while on top the fantastic singer performs so passionately and with so much soul and depth  the captivating vocals that give you goosebumps instantly.The track is playful and inventive as it manages to be unique and very stylish indeed. The Geek x Vrv remix is deep, relaxing, smooth trap with dubstep influences and the result is very danceable and highly infectious. There are no vocals as the only voices used are the sampled parts that play the role of a melody in the song and seems to be the latest trend in this music style of tracks. It would be great to add some remixes for the dancefloors. #PureGold Love IT[/content]
