REVIEW: Vlind - Democracy out on Monster Force

Mexican marvel, Vlind, brings the force with another rawkus production, which will rattle any sound system to the core. After debut production ‘Distorted Anger’ gleamed support from lords of the darkside John Askew, Angry Man & Jordan Suckley, we knew that a follow up track was a must. It’s taken a little longer than expected but my god is this one worth the wait!

‘Democracy’ is a full on rolling tech trancer, dropping it down low with a full on psy section and littered with unique and explicit vocal adlibs, it’s clear that this is no ordinary production. The main break is loaded with dark melodies a plenty topped of with vocal elements building up to a pulsating electro stab drop, which certainly get the juices flowing!

Vlind is fast becoming the Dictator of the dark side!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Vlind from Mexico is one of  the uprising stars in the trance scene and he strikes back on Monster Force with his future trance anthem Democracy that is destined to become part of any hard trance/tech trance/psy trance dj set without doubts. The talented producer delivers an exceptional track that includes wide variety of influences from various trance sub genres. He comes up with the well known and established Vlind sound by now that is really powerful and extremely  shocking as well. He starts with psy trance kick and bassline but after short breakdown he moves to the more tech  trance infused part packed with aggressive basslines, distorted dirty vocals samples and plenty of acid layers too. On the next section he adds classic music influenced theme that floats around and lead the track to the incredible long breakdown that he blends classical music strings, classic uplifting trance synthy plucks, vocal samples and even Indian / exotic female vocals as well. The climax is full on hands in the air dirty dark uncompromising trance with heavy headbanging basslines, sharp rough kicks, euphoric synths that stay in the background and run along with the exotic female voices that bring that sacred spiritual edge to the final result. Democracy is offered as the original mix that doesn't include the speech in the breakdown and in the version with the very interesting speech that is going to  make you think deeply about Democracy and political corruption that seems to be a global phenomenon that comes along with capitalism and free market economy ideals. Democracy despite its title is a hymn to anarchy and party hard hedonism! #PureGold Love IT
