REVIEW: Lange presents LNG (Remixes) out on Lange recordings

1. Lange pres. LNG - Harmony Will Kick You In The Ass (Chris Schweizer Remix)
2. Lange pres. LNG - Hoover Damn (Save The Robot Remix)

Longtime DJ/Producer/Artist Lange first released his new tracks “Harmony Will Kick You In The Ass” and "Hoover Damn" on the Magik Muzik imprint in spring 2011. They were the new releases after “Brandalism”; back then the first release that introduced the ‘Lange presents LNG’ moniker. Reviving the tracks in state of the art style, Chris Schweizer and Save The Robot reinterpreted the originals for the season of 2013.

Lange's LNG alias shows us the other side of Lange: the rougher kind of tech trance; a new direction expanding from his classic output. With “Harmony Will Kick You In The Ass” and "Hoover Damn", LNG took the world by storm from the first time he dropped the cuts live on air at the ASOT500 events in South Africa. Fans twittered the titles combined to a catchphrase in the EDM scene and held up banners at Lange events, gaining him a little cult status at the same time. The original versions displayed a unique framework of banging beats, chasing percussion on the sixteenth notes and rolling, driving and nicely distorted bass lines.

Whether it's the Chris Scweizer Remix of "Harmony Will Kick You In The Ass" or the Save The Robot Remix of "Hoover Damn", one thing is for sure: these kick ass versions aren't for the faint hearted. Both versions cast a hard and electro tinged spell on the original compositions. Clearly produced with large crowds in mind, both producers spiced up the Lange presents LNG tracks with rough, deep and shredding synths, whizzing electronics and scorching bass lines - the perfect reward for your audience on the dance floor.

Dimitri Kechagias review: LNG is the side project of dj Lange with many successful singles under its belt. Now the legendary Dutch label Magik Muzik presents two brand new remixes on two LNG golden moments. First of all is  Harmony Will Kick You In The Ass with Chris Schweizer on remix duties. On this version Chris does what he knows best and that is powerful uplifting tech trance beats with blissful melodies combined perfectly with the original musical themes that Lange as a genius has composed. With certain summer feel from the very start to its last minute is a magnificent tough and raw with aggressive touch trancer that remains melodic and spicy as well. In your face and full on is a sure crowd pleaser for sure.  Hoover Damn is remixed by Save The Robot and you can expect a stunning epic prog house makeover of the original track  Rocking and rolling with driving funky basslines, pumping tribal house beats and the well known hoover sound that before some years was really successful within the underground trance circuit. Two really fresh version to bring to 2013 the very strong LNG aka dj Lange productions. Love iT!
