REVIEW: Johann Stone - Elsa out on AVA recordings

1. Original Mix

After providing us with some fantastic remixes, Icelander Johann Stone makes his single debut on AVA with the beautiful "Elsa". Smooth grooves coupled by dancing vocal chops build towards a Balearic sounding guitar. We can imagine ourselves dancing on the beach to this while the sun sets and this track will provide a fantastic backdrop to any event!

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]AVA recordings presents the brand new Johann Stone balearic chilling progressive trancer Elsa. We deal here with a magnificent beauty of melodic progressive trance that will make you feel alive and kicking straight away. The main part of the track is deep and haunting with pulsating beats, electro infused playful basslines, chopped vocal sample that becomes something like melody in the track and cool synthy layers that lead us in the breakdown that starts with a very romantic acoustic / balearic guitar riff that signifies summer and Ibiza Trance of course. Then the big synthy hook revealed and with loads of tension and suspense loaded, Johann leads the track to the climax  that has an epic feel good sound but with certain melancholy and sadness underlined from the moody guitar riff. Perfectly released in the summer soaked with sun-warmth and big wide smiles for the prog trance fans. #PureGold Love It  [/content]
